Are you sure? The scheme is called "Night Diamond" once you use the .inf to install. I just did a fresh install using the .inf and it appeared in the Schemes Menu.

The gifs don't do this awesome set justice. The actual cursors are very smooth. Also you might notice that it says, animated, but it's not. Because it's only one loop not infinite on some of them.
