Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Cursors-4U ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
Eligibility

Cursor Downloads and Usage
Cursors are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise specified. You may use them on your personal devices and share with friends. You may not sell, redistribute commercially, or claim ownership of cursors created by others. Some cursors may have specific licensing terms set by their creators — please respect these terms.
Intellectual Property
The website design, logo, and original content are owned by Cursors-4U. Cursors uploaded by users or creators remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. If you believe content on our website infringes your copyright, please visit our DMCA page for instructions on filing a copyright takedown request.
User Submissions & Online Cursor Editor
1. Ownership & Licensing Warranties. By submitting cursors, graphics, metadata, or other materials ("User Content"), you represent and warrant that: you are the original creator or possess all necessary rights to upload, publish, and distribute it; your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party; you have selected the appropriate license (such as CC0, CC BY 4.0, CC BY-NC 4.0, CC BY-SA 4.0, or Personal Use Only) during submission, and you agree that this license grant is irrevocable once published; and if you name a person other than yourself as the creator, you have that person's permission to attribute the work to them and to license it under the selected license.
2. License Grant to Cursors-4U. You grant Cursors-4U a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, cache, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, adapt, publish, compile, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Website's operations, in any format or channel now known or later developed. This includes the right to prepare the User Content for publication — for example, to edit or replace titles, descriptions, and keywords (including with automatically generated metadata), to resize, regenerate, or re-encode cursor images, and to create preview images, thumbnails, and packaged downloads. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any moral rights or rights of attribution that would prevent these uses. Submissions are voluntary and non-confidential; you are not entitled to compensation, and submitting content does not obligate us to publish, retain, or promote it.
3. Content Guidelines. You agree not to submit User Content that: contains copyrighted works, trademarks, or trade dress belonging to others without written authorization; contains offensive, harassing, abusive, threatening, pornographic, obscene, or hateful imagery or text; contains malware or malicious code; or exceeds the established submission limits.
4. Moderation, Removal, and Deletion. Cursors-4U reserves the absolute right, but does not assume the obligation, to pre-screen, monitor, review, reject, modify, or permanently delete any User Content at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice or liability to you.
5. Removal Requests & License Survival. If you are the creator of published User Content and want it removed, contact us at the email below; we will consider requests in good faith and may ask for reasonable proof that you are the creator. Removing content does not terminate licenses already granted: copies downloaded before removal remain licensed under the license selected at submission, and the license granted to Cursors-4U survives removal to the extent needed for backups, caches, and records.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cursors-4U, its administrators, operators, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, obligations, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the Online Cursor Editor or the Website; any User Content you submit, upload, or create; your violation of these Terms of Service; or your violation of any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademark rights, trade secrets, or privacy rights.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be available at all times, that content will be error-free, or that downloaded files will be free of viruses or malware. We recommend scanning downloaded files with antivirus software before use.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cursors-4U shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the website, any content downloaded from the website, unauthorized access to your data, or any third-party conduct on the website.
