Read our help page. You only need to open it, if you are trying to edit it. If you just want to add it as your default mouse cursor, it's pretty easy. The steps and instructions are in our help page, at the top right corner.

It might be "Save Target As..." for IE if you don't have the other one. You Right click on the red download image...Read the "HELP" page at the top right of the screen if you can't figure it out.
