You didn't install CursorXP by any chance? I heard sometimes they mess up the cursor properties in windows. I tested the penguin cursors on 5 computers. And they all look the same on each computer working properly. I tested them on vista, xp, and windows 7. They seem to work fine on those computers. Sorry but I can't help you anymore.

almost all of the penguin cursors go black and white between the two pictures the only one that doesnt do that is the push up penguin

What versions of windows are you using? Black and White? You mean the actual cursor? Try opening up the .ani file with a program called "Anituner" Please google it. See if it goes black and white. That program is a cursor editor.

the penguin cursors have glitches it stuffs up except for 1 how can i fix it

What glitches are you talking about? The actual size of the cursor? All animated cursors get resized by windows to 32x32 automatically, however if you use a cursor editor it will be like the image shows. Other than, the cursor works fine on windows xp, vista, and windows 7. Please send me an e-mail and a more detailed description of what you are talking about.
