The included install.inf seems incomplete. It copies the cursor files, but the saved Windows scheme is not registered properly. In my case, Windows kept using some Aero cursors.
Fix:
1. Make sure all .cur and .ani files are copied to C:\Windows\Cursors
2. Edit install.inf so:
- Cross is changed to Crosshair
- handwriting.cur is included as NWPen
- the Overwatch Black scheme is saved with the full cursor list
3. Right-click the fixed install.inf and choose Install
4. Open Control Panel > Mouse > Pointers
5. Select Windows Aero, click Apply
6. Select Overwatch Black again, click Apply
After that the full cursor set loads correctly.
