The #1 reason why people say it doesn't work is because they don't wait for myspace to update their page. It takes up to 5 minutes for myspace to show the new updated css code directly on your page. Before checking to see if the cursor actually works on your site, you can click the "preview" button at the upper Left hand Corner after you paste in the CSS coding. Then hit Publish. Also the 2nd major reason is they are using an animated cursor on firefox. Animated cursors only work on IE. Also the Opera web browser does not support cursors at all.
