The big circle would be your default "loading" cursor. Animated cursors only load on IE and not any other browser. It's a browser thing and nothing can be done about it.

Right click the download image and choose "Save Link As..." for mozilla firefox. If you click on the image, it sends you to a page with weird letters and numbers, because mozilla prints out the cursor in code format.
