Yea, it uses CSS. Google Up a:hover and cursor url. That's what we use on our site. Look at our css source codehttp://www.cursors-4u.com/styles/v3_6.cssThe body part of the code is our blue cursor, and when you scroll down you see a:hover for the red cursor when you hover over a link. You have to do it manually. You don't have the correct program to view an .ani file that's why. It's okay though because you can still use it. After downloading the cursor, save it and then... 1. Click On "Start" 2. Go To Control Panel 3. Choose "Mouse" 4. Click On "Pointers" Tab 5. Click Browse, Find The Cursor In My Documents or where ever you saved it, and click "Open" then click "Apply"Replace each of the default cursors with the one you want to replace.
